No. The consulting is independent of which ERP you run. If implementation turns out to make sense, our Enterprise AI industry solution also offers a path via SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other systems – but that's a consequence of the analysis, not a precondition for it.
From €2,000 for a clearly scoped mandate with a defined number of workshops and a written deliverable. More locations or departments are calculated and approved in advance. There's no additional billing without your consent.
Four to ten weeks, depending on scope. The time it takes comes less from the analysis itself than from interviews and alignment rounds – those need calendar time, regardless of how fast we work.
For the analysis, we need insight into structures and data quality, not full data sets. What we need to see is defined in advance. On request, we work exclusively within your own environment.
