For process and strategy consulting

The mandate ends with a closing presentation. If you tell us there, or within 14 days afterward, that the result doesn't help you, we refund the full fee – no justification required. The document we've produced stays with you either way.
No. The consulting is a standalone service with its own deliverable. If the analysis shows that your existing system can keep going with some adjustments, that's exactly what the report will say. This happens regularly.
Four to ten weeks, depending on scope. The time it takes comes less from the analysis itself than from interviews and alignment rounds – those need calendar time, regardless of how fast we work.
The starting price covers a clearly scoped mandate with a defined number of workshops and a written deliverable. Anything beyond that – more locations, more departments, more interviews – is calculated and approved in advance.
Senior consultants with industry experience, joined by architects from development for technical questions. You won't get a junior team working off a template catalog.
