How much does the AI Proof of Concept cost?
The AI Proof of Concept costs a one-time fee of €2,000 net (based on a scope of 12 working hours), including a money-back guarantee.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
The guarantee applies to orders placed by 30 November 2026. After the presentation, you have 30 days to decide. If you don't want to keep using the application, a single email to office@fab4minds.com is enough: we refund the full €2,000 fee and delete the application along with your data.
How long does the Proof of Concept take?
Around two weeks from the first meeting to the presentation. In the first meeting, you spend 30 minutes showing us your list, database or form on screen.
Which use cases are a good fit for an AI Proof of Concept?
Business-critical Excel lists, Access databases, paper or PDF forms and standalone tools that have grown over time – for example attendance overviews, weighbridge tickets, loading lists, inspection plans, supplier specifications or truck and route scheduling.
Do we have to replace our ERP system?
Your existing ERP system stays exactly as it is. The Proof of Concept complements it where it matters and turns the lists and tools around it into a modern application.
What happens after the Proof of Concept?
You keep using the application on fabular – with operations, backups, updates and security handled by fab4minds. Later, you can add ready-made apps such as CRM, quality, accounting or production – your application simply grows with you. We discuss the ongoing costs openly in our meeting.
Where is our data stored?
fabular runs in a data centre in the EU. Login and permissions are included from the start, and your data stays in the EU.
What do we need to get started?
A 30-minute meeting, an export or screenshot of your list, and one person who will assess the result after around two weeks. Before we start, we agree together on how you will measure success.
