Alphabetical sorting, exclusion filters, individually locked fields, and automatically calculated overall results make questionnaires more powerful.

Anyone who manages answer groups with many options knows the problem: after adding new answers, the alphabetical order would be lost, and manually adjusting the sort numbers was tedious and error-prone. Now, the order can be corrected automatically with a single click. The new exclusion option for restriction filters significantly expands the possibilities: previously, you could only define which values must meet a condition; now, you can just as easily define which values should be explicitly excluded. For companies with multi-stage quality inspections, the automatically calculated overall result is a real time-saver: instead of evaluating each sub-task individually and manually transferring the strictest result, the system automatically determines the most severe penalty from all sub-results and displays it in a summary—which can still be manually overwritten if necessary. Finally, the new flow implementation ensures that calculated fields in questionnaires remain reliably up-to-date, regardless of which interface they were originally filled out on.
You will find the alphabetical sorting as a new button directly in the answer group mask; one click reorders all answers and automatically adjusts the sort numbers. You can activate the exclusion option for restriction filters via the new "Exclude" flag on the respective filter block; it is available for all existing restriction types without further configuration. The automatic overall result is calculated independently as soon as a survey contains multiple tasks with defined result groups; you can use the UI configuration to control whether all results of the overall group or only the intersection are taken into account. You can select the new flow implementation as a workflow step if needed. For complex result groups, we recommend a quick test run with real sample data before using the automatic calculation in a production environment.
