Contacts linked to a survey are now visible directly in the DMS, along with a revamped attachment search page and clearer error messages for missing parameters.
Previously, if you wanted to know which contacts belonged to a specific survey, you often had to switch between multiple screens to track the connection. Now, linked contacts are displayed directly in the DMS between the contact details and the questionnaire, including their SID, partner, name, and date, with a direct link to the full contact page. You can even create a brand-new contact using a new button and assign it directly to the survey—complete with a safeguard that warns you in time if there are unsaved changes in the DMS. This saves a lot of clicks in everyday tasks, especially in quality assurance and customer service. The revised attachment search page now uses a consistent, up-to-date data foundation, delivering more reliable search results than before—a detail that makes a real difference, especially with large document archives. And if a mandatory parameter is missing when generating a document, users now receive an immediate, clear, and understandable error message instead of a cryptic technical notification; at the same time, the error details are logged in the background so that support teams can identify the cause more quickly if needed.
Contacts linked to a survey appear automatically in the DMS as soon as a survey with assigned contacts is opened; you can jump directly to the full contact page via the link in the list. You can create a new contact using the corresponding button; once the survey is saved, the newly created contact is automatically assigned. The revised attachment search page is available automatically without any additional configuration and completely replaces the previous search logic. The clear error message for missing mandatory parameters appears automatically when attempting to generate a document with incomplete information; you can find the associated technical details in the system log if required.
