The Form Filler Assistant handles this routine work for you. Just drag and drop the blank form, and the system automatically recognizes it and begins filling it out. The AI references similar, previously completed forms and your knowledge base to ensure the correct values are entered automatically.
The main advantage is the significant time savings combined with high reliability. Values entered by the AI are highlighted in blue, so you can see at a glance what has been filled in automatically. The conflict detection feature is particularly valuable: if pre-filled values differ from your known data—such as an incorrect address or a different company name—the system flags the discrepancy and lets you choose the correct option. This prevents errors from creeping in while keeping you in full control. You can download the completed form, edit it externally, or accept it as a new version—after which it is fully archived and stored in your DMS, ensuring every completed form remains traceable and easy to find.
