Our review of the world's leading trade fair for organic food
Biofach 2025 in Nuremberg was once again the key event for the organic sector — and we from fab4minds were there! From February 12 to 15, 2025 came over 2,500 exhibitorswithin and thousands of visitorsinside from all over the world to discover innovations, trends and future topics in the organic sector. As an IT partner for the food industry, we were able to gain valuable insights, hold exciting discussions and discover new trends.
Since its founding in 1990, the Biofachas a central meeting place for organic producers*inside, dealer*established within, certification bodies and interested parties. The exhibition offers a unique mix of Product presentations, networking and expertise— and is committed to the highest standards: Only certified organic products may be exhibited.
A central topic at the trade fair was the combination of sustainability and digitization. Companies are increasingly relying on transparent supply chains, smart traceability and innovative ERP solutions to meet the high standards in the organic sector.
