Questionnaires and workflows get several improvements that are particularly noticeable in quality assurance and audits. Answers within an answer group can now be sorted alphabetically with one click, restriction filters additionally support an exclusion option, and for surveys with multiple tasks, an overall result is automatically calculated from the most severe individual sanction. A new flow implementation also recalculates fields across interfaces.
Anyone who maintains answer groups with many options knew the problem: after adding new answers, the alphabetical order no longer matched, and manually adjusting the sort numbers was tedious and error-prone. With one click, the order can now be corrected automatically. The new exclusion option for restriction filters significantly expands the possibilities: previously it was only possible to specify which values must satisfy a condition; now it is equally possible to define which values should be explicitly excluded. For companies with multi-level quality checks, the automatically calculated overall result is a real time saver: instead of evaluating each subtask individually and manually transferring the strictest result, the system automatically determines the most severe sanction from all partial results and displays it in summary - still manually overridable if needed. Finally, the new flow implementation ensures that calculated fields in questionnaires reliably stay up to date, regardless of which interface they were originally filled in through.
You'll find the alphabetical sorting as a new button directly in the answer group screen; one click reorders all answers and automatically adjusts the sort numbers. You activate the exclusion option for restriction filters via the new exclude flag on the respective filter block; it is available for all existing restriction types without further configuration. The automatic overall result is calculated independently as soon as a survey contains multiple tasks with associated result groups; a UI configuration lets you control whether all results of the overall group or only the intersection are taken into account. You select the new flow implementation as a workflow step when needed. For complex result groups, a brief test run with real sample data is recommended before using the automatic calculation in production.
