The attachment search page has been fundamentally renewed and delivers more consistent results, and a clear, understandable error message now appears when required parameters for document generation are missing.
Anyone who previously wanted to know which contacts belonged to a particular survey often had to switch between several interfaces to trace the link. Now, linked contacts are shown directly in the DMS between the contact data and the questionnaire, with SID, partner, description, and date, including a direct link to the full contact page. A new button even allows a completely new contact to be created and directly assigned to the survey - including a protection mechanism that warns in time about unsaved changes in the DMS. This saves many clicks in everyday work, especially in quality assurance and customer service. The revised attachment search page now uses a consistent, up-to-date data basis and therefore delivers more reliable search results than before - a detail that makes a difference especially with extensive document holdings. And if a required parameter is missing when generating a document, users now immediately receive a clear, understandable error message instead of a cryptic technical notice; at the same time, the error details are logged in the background, so support teams can trace the cause more quickly if needed.
The linked contacts of a survey appear automatically in the DMS as soon as a survey with assigned contacts is opened; the link in the list takes you directly to the full contact page. You create a new contact via the corresponding button; after saving the survey, the newly captured contact is automatically assigned. The revised attachment search page is automatically available without additional configuration and completely replaces the previous search logic. The clear error message for missing required parameters appears automatically when attempting to generate a document with incomplete information; you'll find the associated technical details in the system log if needed.
