There are several customer-friendly improvements in the webshop and the connected ERP sales module: recurring TWINT payments now work without a renewed verification process, a new cart search makes carts findable even without direct database access, and link colors in CMS content are displayed consistently system-wide.

Customers who had already paid once with TWINT at checkout previously had to go through the full verification process again with every further payment - an unnecessary friction point especially for repeat customers. Now TWINT behaves just as conveniently as already saved credit cards: the payment method can be selected again directly, without repeating the verification step. This lowers the barrier at checkout and can have a direct impact on the purchase completion rate. For internal operations, the new cart search is a noticeable advance: previously, support or sales staff often had to resort to direct database access for inquiries about a cart. Now you can search specifically for carts under the ERP menu item Sales - by partner, amount, status, item, quantity, and prices - and the search is also integrated into the partner search in the pool. This significantly speeds up customer support for inquiries about open or abandoned carts. The consistent link colors in CMS content ensure that links in blog and info texts are highlighted uniformly and clearly recognizable throughout the shop.
Recurring TWINT payments work automatically as soon as a customer has successfully verified TWINT once; at the next checkout, the payment method appears directly as an option, without any further steps being necessary. You activate the cart search via the UI config keys for the ERP menu item Sales as well as optionally for the partner search in the pool; the search screen with all relevant filter fields is then available. You set the consistent link colors via the new CSS variables for link color and hover state; they can be individually adjusted per client in the custom settings. For shops with a high share of TWINT, it is worth taking a brief look at the checkout statistics after the update to observe the effect on the purchase completion rate.
